What is RentalGuards?
An AI app designed and built for people with a handful of properties who manage everything themselves. Three tools: Fraud Guardian runs a Cross-Check on rental applications — compares every document against every other one, Maintenance Guardian for tracking property conditions and asset lifecycles, Finance Guardian for tracking your real numbers. All on your phone.
How does pricing work?
The app is free. You buy credits only when you need them — $1 per credit during beta. Each scan costs 1–3 credits depending on what you're running. There's no subscription, no monthly fee, and credits never expire. I load 3 free credits when you sign up so you can see how it works before you spend anything.
Is my data safe?
Your records stay on your phone. Scan history, financials, tenant info — none of it lives on our servers. The only thing that leaves your device is document data during a scan, and that's deleted the moment your results come back. I don't want your data and I've built the app to make sure nobody else gets it either.
